Not to stick a label on our culture, but to use an independent and anonymous survey to test how our colleagues experience their workplace. After all, who can judge that better than our own colleagues?

The result? Harmony is officially certified as a Great Place To Work! And we are very proud of that. 98% of our colleagues said that Harmony is a great place to work, and our overall score is no less than 88%, far above the benchmark.
