Your first year
At Harmony Group we believe in a flying start. We have built a programme in which you grow, step by step and within a year, from new graduate to digital transformation consultant.
Growing this fast is rare in consultancy, and typical of how we work: personal, focused and with plenty of room to develop.
Your journey starts with an intensive onboarding that immerses you in the world of digital consulting. You follow focused training, learn our methodologies and meet your personal coach and buddy. With the other Young Graduates you form a close team that keeps supporting each other throughout the year.
With the basics in hand, you start at your first client. Guided by an experienced consultant, you learn the tricks of the trade. You build key skills such as stakeholder management and process analysis. Weekly coaching sessions help you grow quickly in your role.
You take on more and more responsibility within projects. With your coach's support you develop your digital transformation and consulting skills further. You also start sharing knowledge within the team and work on your first internal innovation project.
You close the year with a final presentation that shows how you have grown, followed by a celebration dinner where you officially become a digital transformation consultant. From then on you lead projects on your own, build your own client relationships and, perhaps best of all, help the next generation of Young Graduates on their way to consultant.
