We are glad to receive your CV and cover letter. We read them carefully and give you feedback quickly. If we see a match, we call you for a first introduction by phone. If we don't see a match, we tell you personally why. If you like, we add you to our database, so we can contact you again if a suitable vacancy comes up later.
After a positive first call, we soon invite you to a longer online introductory interview with our HR Business Partner and a future colleague from your team. In this conversation we want to find out who you are, what drives you, what you have done so far and what you are looking for. We also tell you more about Harmony, what we do and exactly how we work, so you can judge for yourself whether we would be a good fit.
After the introductory interview, we follow up and check whether the click was mutual. Then we arrange a face-to-face interview with one of the partners, to give you a clearer picture of how our company works and what we need. In this interview you also work through a business case, which shows you the kind of problems we deal with. It also gives us a better view of how you think and how you approach things. We want to get to know you even better, to be sure the match is 100% right on both sides.
We don't let the grass grow under our feet. After the last interview we make a decision and discuss a concrete offer with you as soon as possible. We really want to make this work! Together we agree on the details and on when you can start. Your preboarding begins straight away. We are happy to invite you to team meetings and activities, so you feel like a real Harmonian from the start!
