How CCM in the Cloud takes the work off your hands

What CCM in the Cloud takes care of for organisations, and how they can hand over even more.

How CCM in the Cloud takes the work off your hands

When you use "CCM in the Cloud (now: CustomerConnect)", the following things are always taken care of for you. · Access to the full CCM functionality for bulk, ad hoc and one-to-one communications, including the approval and release process and including Business Empowerment: business users can design, build and roll out communications to the production environment themselves, without needing IT expertise.

The entire communication chain is monitored continuously and restored if necessary.

  • Cloud infrastructure, including its management and the software CCM needs. In short: new releases, backups, security patches and so on are all taken care of for you. · Frequent updates with new generic CCM functionality that is then immediately available to you.
  • "CCM in the Cloud" is fully ISO-27001 certified and has an ISAE statement, so it is secure. That means you no longer have to worry about the privacy-sensitive aspects of your communication processes.
  • A service desk is at your disposal and, if you want, it is available 24/7. Handy when you need to get in touch or have questions.
  • And last but not least: you have just one point of contact for everything to do with your communication (processes): Harmony!

But how can you take even more off your plate?

In the design phase

You can design and build communications (templates) entirely yourself, including putting them into production. That has advantages, certainly for simpler communications: as a user, you don't depend on specialists (inside or outside your organisation).

You can also choose to have Harmony design and build all your communications (or only the more complex ones), based on your wishes and requirements, of course. Harmony then also manages these templates.

During the communication phase

Once "CCM in the Cloud" has merged the designed communications (templates) with your data, the actual communications are produced.

"CCM in the Cloud" has many extra features that you can add to your communications, or have added. Examples include adding a digital signature (eSeal), adding signing options (for contracts, for example), adding payment links to communications and so on. You can add these CCM in the Cloud features without having to make arrangements or sign contracts for them yourself, because "CCM in the Cloud" is already connected to them. If you want to (keep) using your own suppliers (under existing contracts, for example), that is of course possible too.

When they are delivered

At some point in the process, the communications, possibly with the extra features you want, are ready to be sent to your customers. After your approval, you release these communications for delivery.

This can be done in the following ways (from least to most taken off your hands):

  • the actual communications are delivered back to your systems, after which you deliver them yourself (or have them delivered) through your own service providers and under your own contracts.
  • "CCM in the Cloud" delivers the communications to your service providers (and you remain the contracting party of that service provider).
  • "CCM in the Cloud" delivers the communications, but through its own service providers. You don't need to sign contracts with service providers yourself; the responsibility lies with Harmony. Everything is taken off your hands, with a single point of contact for your communication processes: Harmony. An added advantage for you: this last option can lead to a lower delivery price.

A hybrid of these delivery scenarios is also possible. That may be needed for a transition period because of running contracts, for example. Harmony can also take care of storing all communications in 'your' archive system. That way, internal departments can consult these communications at any time and, if you want, so can your customers themselves, through a personal online environment, for example.
